THE EVENT

Navidalia is an immersive Christmas experience held in Guadalajara, Mexico, combining large-scale installations, live performances, themed environments, gastronomy, and multimedia experiences. The event brings together different interpretations of Christmas traditions within a highly produced, walk-through environment designed for large audiences.

THE CHALLENGE

Delivering a large-scale seasonal experience requires precise coordination across multiple production areas, suppliers, installations, and operational teams. With visitors moving continuously between themed zones, attractions, stages, and service areas, clear wayfinding and smooth sector execution are essential to maintaining both the creative vision and the overall guest experience.

MY ROLE

Sector & Signage Producer

As part of the production team, I was responsible for coordinating assigned event sectors and overseeing the production and implementation of signage throughout the venue.

My role included managing on-site production requirements, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers, monitoring installation timelines, and ensuring that signage and sector elements were correctly executed and ready for opening.
